This 12-story apartment project sits at the corner of Western Avenue and Vine Street — Seattle’s iconic and original “green street”.  The building’s podium base celebrates the scale and materials of the neighborhood’s history, while the tower carves out its own quiet and timeless contribution to the skyline.  The lobby and resident amenity space extends along Vine Street, from the Western Avenue entry over the alley, and is crafted as a library in honor of Sylvan Learning Centers’ founder Walton Barry Fowler.
