Mosler Lofts

Seattle, Washington
150 units, retail, structured parking

Completed 2008 while at Mithun

Seattle’s first LEED Silver residential building, Mosler Lofts captured the market with its signature form, the quality of the spaces and a point-of-view that resonated strongly with younger, urban buyers.  In the interest of creating more dynamic and vital spaces within the units, the developer took a floor out of this 125-foot residential tower — giving each unit 10-foot ceilings and tall, dramatic windows. Two-story townhouse lofts occupy the ground level along Clay Street, one of Seattle’s “Green Streets”.

This project has received numerous awards, including the 2008 Gold Nugget Grand Awards for Urban Residential Project of the Year, Best Sustainable Residential Neighborhood & Best Project High Rise.
