Residences Completed Spring 2014
This project occupies a key corner site within the Barkley District’s emerging urban network, providing both residential and office/commercial uses on this sloping triangular site. The building further recognizes future residential development to the east, as the building parti’ transitions from urban “street wall” to the cellular nature and finer scale of this future neighborhood. Highly-successful, the project opened in the Spring of 2014 and achieved 100% occupancy of the apartments by mid-summer. Storefronts, commercial and retail spaces are still being completed.
